Jody Walters – Chief Executive Officer

Jody is responsible for leading the development of the company’s short-and long-term strategy as well as creating and implementing the company’s vision and mission. In addition, Jody oversees all business activities of the company to ensure consistency with the overall strategy and vision.

She graduated from Colorado State University with a Construction Management degree in 2002 and has experience in various construction industries throughout the Rocky Mountain region. Her career has included over ten years of involvement on strategic/executive management teams. Outside of work, Jody enjoys hiking, traveling, golfing and attending college football games with her husband and two sons.

Don O’Connell – Gas Operations Consultant

Don’s focus includes field quality control, mentoring and training for Centerline crews, as well as for local Gas Operators. He is focused primarily on consulting services related to OQ Evaluations and Operator Apprenticeship Training.

Don recently retired after 35 years with Xcel Energy as a Journeyman, Field Operator and Working Foreman for the Campion District and has worked on numerous high-pressure gas transmission systems throughout Colorado.  Some of his experience includes transmission integrity management and in-line inspection, operating a natural gas compressor station, managing stopple crews state-wide, pipeline conditioning, HP gas operations procedure reviews, as well as new pipeline construction and inspection. Don has also been actively involved with Xcel Energy’s Apprenticeship Program over the past 32-years.

Don O’Connell has been an industry leader in this region for decades. His integrity, experience and knowledge have earned him much well-deserved respect.

Tyler Walters – Project Manager/Estimator

Tyler’s duties include estimating, procurement, scheduling and project handoff.

He graduated from the Aims Community College, Fire Service Training Academy with a Certificate in Fire Science Technology.  Tyler began working in pipeline construction in 2014 as a materials yard manager and his roles have progressed from equipment spotter to skilled laborer and eventually earned him the opportunity to learn to operate equipment.  His experiences in the field have provided valuable insight into each aspect of the work and allow him to realistically and effectively manage projects.

On his days off Tyler enjoys golfing, hiking, boating, spending time with family and his dog ‘Goose’.  He also never misses a Nebraska Cornhusker football game.
